At Scottsdale TMS, our mission is to pave the way to lasting relief from depression, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder for adults and young adults facing major depression disorder, depression, anxiety, or OCD. With a commitment to FDA cleared TMS therapy treatment plans and FDA cleared Spravato Treatment plans, Scottsdale TMS has a team of licensed Medical Providers to guide each unique client through their individual treatment. Master’s Level Counselors are also available to provide therapy as part of the treatment plan.
The team of Licensed Psychiatrists, Primary Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Therapists, and TMS Technicians sets Scottsdale TMS apart from others who are not able to offer comprehensive care with in-house licensed care. In addition, clients are offered the opportunity to schedule with Master’s Level Licensed Counselors. We guide our TMS clients towards a 30-36 session transformative journey—a restart on their path to wellness. For Spravato treatment, our Psychiatrist will develop a personalized plan that is 1 or 2 sessions per week. Your wellness is our purpose, and together, we build the foundation for a brighter future.

Spravato is an FDA-approved nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression. The medication helps your brain feel better when it’s in a depressed state to ensure the parts of your brain that control mood build new connections between brain cells.
Think of your brain like a neighborhood with roads connecting houses. When depressed, some of those roads can get damaged or blocked. Spravato helps repair those roads and build new roads so messages can travel more easily again.
Spravato also works faster than many regular depression medicines.
